Sandeep has worked in various positions in advertising agencies, research organizations and as Vice-President with various television channels. Sandeep gave up professional life in 2006 and took to writing , preferably on andldquo;Indian Way of Managementandrdquo;. Some of his books are Business of Freedom, an initiative for School of Indian Management, Indian Ocean Strategy and dash; School of Indian Management in Practice etc. Apart from writing, Sandeep is currently occupied in establishing SWASTIK.
