This is Mornsun LM15-23B12 – 12V/1.3A – 15.6W AC/DC Enclosed Single Output SMPS. LM15-23Bxx series is one of Mornsun’s enclosed AC-DC switching power supply. It features universal AC input and at the same time accepts DC input voltage, cost-effective, low no load power consumption, high efficiency and high reliability.
