Only then the policy package will be relevant and visible for implementation. About the Editors Dr. Anirudh Bharati did his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Merrut University. At present, he is Head-Post Graduate Department of Economics in Arya P.G. College, Panipat. He has teaching experience of 30 years. Dr. Bharati also supervised more than 15 M. Phil. Projects. He has published papers in various reputed journals. He has also attended and organised a number of seminars, conferences (state and national level) and presented papers. Dr. S.D. Chamola did his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the Punjab University, Chandigarh. He retired as Professor and Head, Department of Economics and Business Management, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hissar. After retirement he got senior fellowship from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and published his research work in form of the book-Kautilaya Arthshastra and Science of Management: Its relevance for contemporary India.
